About Kathryn King
Thanks for visiting! I am Kathryn King, Realtor. I have been a Realtor for over 11 years. I am the owner of the company KJK Properties and have had the privilege of helping many sellers and buyers over the years. We are in interesting times.
I enjoy reading current information about lending, title concerns, market conditions, and economic factors that impact your decisions regarding real estate.
I am also an investor, I have owned property and rented it out a total of 13 years and counting. I own a mix of homes, duplexes, and commercial real estate.
I have been lucky to take advantage of grant money to do exterior improvements to two of these properties. I have also worked with a general contractor to build a duplex on one of my properties. My favorite adventure was a complete rehabilitation to make a vintage duplex legal in the Woodstock neighborhood. I acted as the general contractor of that project in 2001. I am ready to help you with your own specific real estate needs!
When I am not working I enjoy a wonderful marriage and the role of mommy to our great dogs, Cesar and Tillman. They are big and little, Tillman is a purebred Labradore Retriever and Cesar is a purebred Pomeranian. We have a defined rank in our household, leading in first position is the little one, Cesar, weighing in at nine pounds!
My husband and I enjoy supporting local establishments, recycling, cooking vegetarian, eating out at healthy restaurants, enjoying our beautiful nature, and walking our dogs or exercising them at the local parks. We enjoy other dog lovers!
My favorite causes are OPB and animals. I have dedicated this site to reviewing local establishments and pet friendly service providers or suppliers.
If you have a favorite pet place or locally owned establishment that can use support email me! We will visit and then write a review.
